Rwanda Rambagirakawa ~ Women-grown coffee
Dozer sourced this coffee from Michigan’s only green coffee importer ~ Artisan Coffee Importers ~ also based out of Ann Arbor.
Last year we only had the natural process to offer, but this year we chose to grab a couple bags of both the natural process and washed process of the same farm and harvest.
This is a way if you’ve ever wondered what a coffee might taste like if it was processed differently and now you have the opportunity to try these side by side.
This washed processed expresses more of a floral aspect in the cup with tasting notes of rose, graham cracker, brown sugar, and cantaloupe.
