Unroasted green coffee was aged for 8 weeks
Tasting notes: Cherry cordial, caramel corn, smoky oak
#7 is our latest release of Dozer’s barrel aged series. We used a fruity anaerobic coffee for a big component of this blend and it definitely comes through in the final results. We would say this version has the cherry cordial flavor up front, as it cools the barrel and smoky oak comes through to create a unique cup. We currently have this on Dozer’s pour over menu and also in an espresso grinder with some unique drinks built around this coffee.
